🎿 Gta 4 Complete Edition Enb

I have a problem and i cannot find solution on the internet so i am asking you. My GTA worsks excellent without mods or with some of them, but when i put ENB or SweetFX into game directory it just crashes after a while. Even on clean version without any mods. Same happend on 1.0.4.0 and 1,0.7.0. I tried many of enb's and everyone was braking my GTA 4 Enb 1.0.4.0 - 1.0.7.0 - Steam Mod was downloaded 56247 times and it has 9.68 of 10 points so far. Download it now for GTA 4! If you have to uninstall an ENB graphics mod, all you have to do is delete d3d9.dll. =) This removes actual game graphics (Yes, you can see cutscenes, but not actual game graphics. Only HUD appears), so it's important file for the game. Tried that already. Not for me. All it did for me is remove ENB, since all of the graphics are normal again. As you know, in GTA 4 there are problems that are associated with too high FPS. For example, when during the final mission Niko has to climb into a helicopter, but the game will not allow you to do this. Or when on a mission with Louis’s mom you get an endless load. I have a good computer and my FPS goes 100+ always, so I Start up "GTA IV Vehicle Mod Installer" and you'll be greeted by a Permission Configuration screen.
