I'm only on my 3rd play through (well, 2.5 as the .5 got abandoned when Origins got backwards compatibility). The first time I didn't have Soldier's Peak, but now I do it first thing just for the storage unit (I'm a hoarder in game).
A (mostly solo) trap making run. I tried doing a blood mage/dark magic run, but it kinda sucked because I just eneded up using the elements again. But if I do trapmaking, and take no weapon skills, I might keep it together this time. Mages has all the best stuff in Origins nut dual wielding Rogue is also fun.
Juggernaut set is always tier 6, while Dragon Scale/Drakeskin set from Wade's Emporium, Legion of the Dead set and Topsider's Honor are always tier 7. OGMinorian. Thanks a lot! You're a champ. Euxinu5. If you're wondering if an item is scalable, search it up on the Dragon Age wiki and if the material says "varies", then it's scalable.
Dragon Age Origins no longer works as of April 2023 [no spoilers] ā»UPDATE: I have found and solved the problem (s). It has something to do with the new Windows 11 default system configurations, which renders the game unplayable. You can learn A TON of spells and make combinations with them to create even more powerful spells, you can even do melee if you want (but that's kinda boring). Dual rouge is fine too I guess, if you prefer melee.
Yes! This was the first game I downloaded for Steam deck, runs beautifully but there's work to go into it. I spent a lot of time on the controls mapping (I started with "Khar's Dragon Age: Origins" map and customized it further from there) but it's surprisingly comfortable to play now. Maybe I'm just used to it.
First time playing Awakening - some thoughts [spoilers all] Sorry in advence, turns out I had way too much to say. Okay I played through DAO and DAI many times, but only played DA2 twice. Lately I wanted to play it again, so I figured I'd replay the whole series. I played Origins with my canon character (Female Cousland, romanced Alistair, made
I can see both perspectives. Chronologically itās Lellianaās Song, Origins, Awakening, Golems of Amgarrak, and then Witch Hunt. Thereās other DLC but it takes place within Origins. Playing it in this order will give you the full cinematic story.
